Q: Is the cost a one-time fee or a month?
A: There is a monthly cost for a minimum of 3 months. However, you are able to upgrade or downgrade your plan with a 2-week notice.
Q: Do I own the email once I pay the fee?
A: You sure do, you can use the content as you see fit. Images contained in that content may have restrictions due to licensing. For a small charge, we can post it to your site.
Q: Can I send the same Newzletter twice?
A: We typically resend to a subset of the “sent list” (people who do not open the first newsletter).
Q: What if I want to send it more than 10k?
A: Not a problem. We do like to keep lists under 50k names in order to manage them more effectively.
Q: Do I have to talk to you or can I do it all through your site?
A: We will get as involved as you would like us to. You can follow the simple steps on the site and have your newzletter out in no time at all, or work with one of our fantastic writers and editors. It will take a little more time.
Q: Can I use all of my own content and just enter it into your template?
A: You sure can, within reason, we are happy to work with your “original” content in making sure your email meets the laws and specifications necessary to successfully reach the inbox and not the spam folder.
Q: Can you supply an email list?
A: It is almost always a bad idea to buy a list. Unfortunately, we can’t supply an email list for you but we are happy to help grow your list through social media, on-site lead capture technology, and email client harvesting.
